Launched and live 10th Dec 2012.
The Employee Engagement Reporting Index was launched by Transparent Consulting in 2010, with the aim of understanding how companies reported on their impact on employees. Transparent Consulting partnered with the Observer newspaper in 2010, and published follow up reports on Employee Engagement and Reporting in Mining companies.
From 2012, the Index is being published using interactive functionality on the OrgVue platform to allow researchers to see exactly what each company says about each aspect of its approach to employees.
The Employee Engagement Reporting index is one element in the Voice research being carried out by Tomorrow’s Company and the Involvement and Participation Association to document how companies approach employee Voice and employee Engagement in the workplace, feeding into the MacLeod Report 2.
We are also pleased to include a different angle on companies’ performance, in the shape of data from Glassdoor.com – allowing us to compare what companies report with the ratings employees give their companies
